To date, there is no national database in France or abroad that includes epidemiological, environmental, clinical, paraclinical, medical and biological data on sudden unexpected deaths in infancy (SUDI).
The general objective of this registry is to fill this gap and to describe the incidence of SUDI, their characteristics, the proportion of SIDS and other etiologies within these deaths, and the current management methods in the French reference centers by means of an exhaustive and continuous recording of information.
